Job SummaryThe Project Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost management and contract compliance for various projects. This role involves close collaboration with the commercial, proposal, procurement, engineering, finance and legal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The Project Control Manager will work closely with the Project Management Officer and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.JOB DUTIES/Responsibilities
Follow up on offers in CRM in collaboration with commercial and proposal teams.
Validate proposal schedules, planning activities and determining manhours request on proposals with project director.
Ensure full application of Derisking Procedure by all disciplines involved during proposal phase.
Ensure initial planning is shared and understood by Procurement, Disciplines and Project teams. Follow RPSR with Procurement team and ensure adequation of RPSR’s milestones with main project schedule.
Monitor and keep regular updates on project schedules across PCD projects.
Anticipate deviations and propose recovery plans with Project managers and management team.
Consolidate resource usage to identify needs in each discipline across ongoing and future projects
Develop and standardize project workload reporting, in collaboration with the Engineering Director.
Collect all data on actual manhours booking and on reforecast plan from all disciplines to update the Project Workload Reporting tool.
Track project costs to support Project Managers.
Collaborate with Finance on project costs monitoring (actual, remaining, and forecasted costs).
Actively participate in the preparation of PCCR with Project Managers.
Actively participate in information circulation and work closely with project teams.
Collect and integrate necessary information for planning preparation and regular updates.
Ensure that Project Managers make timely communication with Clients and keep accurate track of it when project execution delay is caused by Clients.
Review the T&Cs with Clients in coordination with the commercial and Project Management Officer when proposals are close to award.
With the Project Management Officer, monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring the parties fulfill their obligations and comply with contractual T&Cs
Ensure that appropriate flow down is made on T&Cs to our sub vendors.
Contractual risk management, identifying deviations from contract terms, helping mitigate risk, coordinating with the Legal Dept. in case of issues.
Support Expediting and Procurement Team to anticipate and track potential LDs applications to Subvendors by identifying deviations to original contract and scope. Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.Work Experience
10+ years of experience in project management and/or project controls within an engineering company on EPC contracts.
Experience in project management fundamentals, planning, and cost control with associated tools.
Experience working with SAP system is a plus. Required SKILLS/ABILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as Primavera.
