Prepare and supply materials for our primary fabricators with integrity and precision.
Manage heavy machinery such as manual grinders and punch presses with skill and safety consciousness.
Drive forklifts expertly as you move materials throughout our bustling facility.
Utilize your blueprint reading acumen to handle and machine materials accurately.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep our equipment running smoothly.
Use manual plasma cutters and gear systems for precise material modification.
Apply shop math skills for precise calculations and measurements.
Be prepared to meet the physical demands of material handling, ensuring team safety and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold our high safety standards and workflow excellence. Qualifications You'll Need:
High School diploma or GED is essential.
Prior forklift experience gives you an edge!
Solid background in a manufacturing setting.
Proven problem-solving skills and machinery diagnostic ability.
Experience with manual machining tools like band saws and gear machinery.
Blueprint reading and technical drawing comprehension.
Mechanical skills combined with strong dexterity.
Physical readiness for handling materials. Work Conditions and Environment:
Regular engagement with large machines requires frequent moving, standing, seeing, speaking, and listening skills. The role demands capability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials up to 50 pounds, with heavier items using assistance. The active environment involves working around substantial loudness, potential dust exposure, and varied climatic conditions.
