Now Hiring: Dispatcher/CSR

Pay: $13/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-person)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/CSR to supervise drivers, manage bus service and charter reservations, assign vehicles, and support fleet maintenance scheduling. This is a full-time, in-person position in a fast-paced transportation environment based in Indianapolis.Essential Functions:

Supervise daily shuttle operations and dispatch services efficiently and on schedule

Ensure all services comply with contracts, company policies, procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements

Assist in weekly service scheduling and adjust as needed

Provide timely support to drivers and resolve issues or questions

Oversee collection of route data and payroll/operational indicators

Report daily operational status for all contracts

Assign vehicles in coordination with service needs and maintenance status

Collaborate with Maintenance staff for fleet servicing

Provide quotes and information to current and prospective customers

Enter and update charter reservation requests

Support Safety & Training in driver evaluations for policy and safety compliance

Handle customer relations including complaints, commendations, and service requests

Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: 2 years of dispatch experience in the transportation industry preferredBenefits:
