ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy and execution. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales organization through data-driven insights, process improvements, and technology enablement. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business growth.

JOB DUTIES

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness through improved tools, analytics, and insights.

Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational and financial results, utilizing internal and external data sources with an emphasis on impactful, actionable conclusions. Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and work cross-functionally across the organization to drive timely resolution, analyze sales and margin performance

Improve selling results and overall efficiency within sales organization through behavioral change

Own and manage sales data and reporting infrastructure (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis).

Provide performance insights and business intelligence to support strategic decisions across customer segments, sales channels, and product categories.

Assist in forecasting, territory planning/optimization, and target setting, aligning with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales processes.

Conduct root cause analyses and recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.

Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of the sales team through training on processes, tools, and performance metrics.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role supporting commercial teams.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate across departments.

WE VALUE

Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Working knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.

Familiarity with B2B distribution, technology, or electronics industries.

Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales team.
