Seeking seasoned Composite Technicians—your role involves mastery in hand lay-up of composite materials, vacuum bagging techniques, and refined hand-finishing operations.

Key Role Functions:

Expertise in Wet & Prepreg hand lay-up

Execute vacuum bagging processes adeptly

Comprehensive understanding of various resin systems

Precision in hand-finishing patterns and molds

Adroit handling of hand tools for meticulous tasks

Expert in application of bonding adhesives

Building and assembling structures with precise setup

Undertake quality assessments

Desired Experience:

3+ years with composite materials (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass)

Experience in a dynamic manufacturing industry

Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

Clear comprehension and improvement of technical instructions

Capability with measurement instruments: Calipers, etc.

Hands-on abilities in fabrication tasks

Proficiency with essential tools for thorough assembly

Adhesive and structural application expertise
