Join our team! We are looking for a Phone Operator & Float Medical Assistant to support our busy medical clinic. This dual-role position requires someone who is organized, friendly, and capable of handling both front-office calls and back-office clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently

Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries

Provide clinical support as a Float MA when needed

Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification not required

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus

Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro

Schedule: FT 7am-4am M-Th and 7-12 Fridays
