Responsibilities

Study project plans and attend pre-job walks and onsite visits

Ensure correct installation adherence to plans and specifications

Complete accurate documentation of project extras and paperwork

Monitor job cost reports and correct accounting errors proactively

Complete projects on time and within budget

Maintain communication with clients and company departments

Implement company policies in field operations and safety protocols

Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Foremen and train staff

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial landscape construction experience

Demonstrated leadership and management experience

Valid Drivers License

PW Experience preferred

Education Requirements
