This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities Install seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, soffit, and fascia in accordance with industry standards Safely and efficiently operate gutter machinery and hand tools Perform on-site measurements and assessments to ensure accurate installation Work on residential and light commercial buildings at various heights Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers and deliver high-quality service Required Qualifications Proven ability to perform a complete gutter installation (including miters, downspouts, and hangers) 1+ years of hands-on gutter installation experience preferred Familiarity with operating a seamless gutter machine is a plus Proficient in the use of ladders, harnesses, and fall protection equipment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at roof heights Strong work ethic, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What’s Offered Industry-leading training and certification High-quality tools and materials provided Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding team Supportive, professional work environment Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses Consistent year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
