Director of Revenue Cycle
Unlock your potential as a Revenue Cycle Leader. We’re seeking an experienced Director to lead a 50-person team and drive strategy, efficiency, and growth in billing operations.

Compensation: $135k Salary
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full revenue cycle from patient registration through final payment
Design and implement billing systems that support new and existing services
Leverage Epic EHR to streamline processes and improve billing accuracy
Maintain compliance with billing standards, including P10s and MPIs
Support, develop, and guide a large revenue cycle team
Your Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle and billing operations
Deep understanding of Epic EHR and its billing capabilities
Strong leadership background with experience managing large teams
Solid knowledge of back-end billing processes
Experience in patient registration is a plus
Bonus Skills
Great problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
