UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
The RN Quality is responsible for administration of Resource Team staff clinical needs, expectations of employment, and information services activities for the Divisional Resource Team.
They are responsible for ensuring the Resource Team clinical staff adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
The RN Quality will also support Divisional facilities by monitoring performance of assigned Resource Team staff and will oversee onboarding compliance of staff and agency new-hires.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
5+ years of clinical experience (ED or ICU preferred)
Current TX or Compact RN License required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Preferred Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
