Practice Manager - Insurance & Financial Services

Are you a highly organized professional passionate about client service, operational excellence, and marketing execution? We are seeking a Practice Manager (Insurance and Financial Services) to support the growth and success of our Financial Advisors' practice. This role contributes to efficient office operations, supports client relationship management, and assists with marketing initiatives aimed at business development.

A Life & Health Insurance License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

FINRA Licenses (SIE, Series 6 & 63) must be obtained within two years of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Support - Manage scheduling, client outreach, CRM (Salesforce), and event planning.

Marketing & Business Development - Execute local branding, client mailers, and networking events.

Office Operations & Compliance - Process paperwork, track applications, maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Process Improvement - Identify operational efficiencies and contribute to business growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Insurance, financial services, customer service, or office administration.

Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Salesforce.

Licensing: Life & Health Insurance License (within 90 days), FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 (within 2 years).

Travel: ~20% local travel for client meetings/events; occasional evening/weekend work.
