MedOne Healthcare Partners is seeking a Part-time, Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our growing Wound Care team in the Cambridge area. We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and competitive compensation, as well as the opportunity for facility medical directorship(s).
This part-time advanced practice practitioner would round in partner facilities in Cambridge 1-2 days per week. Depending on the number of rounding days, the provider could see up to 40 patients per week.

Responsibilities:
Evaluates, develops individualized treatment plans and manages new and complex wounds for chronically ill patients residing in post-acute facilities
Provides education to primary care team at post-acute facilities
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program (Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gero Nurse Practitioner)
Current national certification as physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
Eligible for privileges to post-acute facilities
Valid DEA registration
Access to Ohio Automate Rx Reporting (OAARS)
Wound Care certified
