Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience in Port Charlotte, Florida for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

$1,940 $2,126 per week

13-week contract

Paid by the hour not by the visit

Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Florida

CPR Certified or ability to obtain

Previous OASIS experience

Previous experience with Computer Charting

6 months of previous Home Health Care experience

Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
