Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our corporate finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization. This role engages most frequently with business partners and executives leading the centrally managed service functions such as marketing, contact center operations, supply chain, human resources, consumer finance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to generate meaningful insights from financial data. As a Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while enhancing your skills in financial analysis and planning.
What You'll Do:
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, providing insights on trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
Key contributor to quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, including the preparation of operating, workforce and capital budgets.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with business units to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators to measure financial performance.
Provide support for ad-hoc financial analyses, including business case assessments and investment evaluations.
Contribute to the preparation of strategic and operational financial plans for the organization.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with other finance team members to ensure consistency and alignment across financial reports.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Self-motivated and eager to develop skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
