A Nurse Practitioner is needed in Columbus, Ohio.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 annually

Annual bonus potential: Up to $10,000 in the first year (increases with partnership opportunities)

Responsibilities

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)

Outpatient primary care services – 100% outpatient

Patient volume: 18 patients per day

Small patient panel: Maximum of 450 patients

Focus on senior patients with 3–5 chronic conditions

Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and Scheduler

Administrative time included in the schedule

No nights, no weekends, no hospital call

Access to in-house consulting specialists including cardiology, podiatry, acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition services

Door-to-door patient transportation available

Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio

Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience

Passion for value-based care and delivering high-quality outcomes for senior populations
