Our customer in Des Moines is looking for a driven and collaborative Process Engineer to join their team. This person will be working on process improvement initiatives as well as doing some quality engineering. This person will work on day-to-day improvements, lean projects, and manage certifications. The ideal candidate will have a metals background but they're open to any strong engineering background in manufacturing.
