Finance Revenue Cycle Analyst Healthcare

Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Revenue Cycle Analyst with Healthcare experience for a Surgical Care Business Department located in Birmingham, Alabama.

$70K - $85K annually depending on experience

Responsibilities

Perform and summarize revenue and accounts receivable variance analysis

Mentor revenue analyst(s), developing knowledge base within the team and serving as a revenue specialist in the identification and resolution of facility related and/or enterprise revenue accounting issues and questions

Assist management with the design and operation of revenue controls

Requirements:

BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

3+ years Healthcare industry experience —especially exposure to revenue cycle, coding, collections, or AR valuation

Strong understanding of healthcare financial regulations and compliance.

Familiarity with SOX controls, year-end close processes, and financial diligence & integration

Excel advanced proficiency

Power BI experience preferred
