Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Nurse to join our team at a unique parental co-working space in Gurgaon . This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is passionate about family health, child well-being, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for both parents and children . You will be responsible for providing first aid, general health monitoring, wellness education, and light specialized care (if required) for children with specific needs. The nurse will play a key role in supporting a healthy, stress-free space where parents can work while their children are cared for.
NOTE: (Preference for candidates from South City / South Region, relocation must)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise children's play and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Provide safe and nurturing care for the children of coworking space users.
Assist with feeding, diapering, and other basic care needs.
Organize and manage the childcare area, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-equipped.
Provide a comfortable and private lactation room for breastfeeding mothers, potentially including a refrigerator for milk storage.
Communicate effectively with parents about their children's care and progress.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, health, and any incidents.
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging environment for both children and parents.
Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant experience in childcare or early childhood education.
Basic first aid and CPR certification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patient and caring attitude.
Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
