Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Motion Graphic Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion graphic content, concept development, and production. Daily tasks include designing motion graphics, video production, and graphic design. The role requires close collaboration with the creative team to ensure cohesive design and execution of visual projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Motion Graphics: Create stunning animations, AI-powered templates, and presets for digital platforms.

Video Enhancement & Sound Design: Use AI for editing, color correction, motion tracking, and audio refinement.

Optimized Content Delivery: Adapt graphics for various screen sizes while maintaining high quality.

Video Production and Graphics skills

Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that meet project objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics, AI-driven design, or related fields, with a background in animation, visual effects, AI, or computer graphics preferred.

A degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field is appreciated

Proficiency in AI-powered motion graphics, automation, and machine learning models for visual effects and animation.

Strong knowledge of Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Runway ML, Pika Labs, etc.

Expertise in motion design principles, typography, cinematography, and AI-enhanced workflows.

Strong storytelling skills, ability to refine AI-generated content, and critical thinking to optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
