About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the Elders Top End Group team on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining the 2024’s REINT #1 branch of the year, to provide support the team of 30 licensed agents and property managers who have had an impactful presence in the Darwin region for over 20years.

This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with: banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you will:

Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting

Provide administrative support to a leading sales agent

Assist with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign

Respond to phone and email enquiries, schedule home appraisals and open homes

Prepare and develop advertising material, contracts and information memorandums

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to providing a high level of customer service

Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry

Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines

Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
