What You’ll Do

Assemble and test moderately complex aerospace products

Perform inspections to ensure precision & quality

Utilize hand tools, mechanical/electronic equipment & testing devices

Interpret blueprints, engineering orders & test specifications

Conduct touch-up or full surface painting using industry-standard materials

Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, ensuring top-notch product performance

What You Bring

2+ years of assembly/test experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in blueprints & technical specifications

Strong mechanical reasoning & problem-solving skills

Ability to perform basic math calculations & use standard business software

Team-oriented mindset & effective communication skills

Lean enterprise experience (a plus!)

Soldering certification (may be required per customer needs)
