We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse, maintaining high levels of productivity, and fostering a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a computer environment. Experience with WMS (warehouse management system) is a plus.

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.

Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and cycle counts.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Monitor and optimize workflow and productivity within the warehouse.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to warehouse operations.

Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.

Manage and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

5 years+ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

Ability to speak English
