Shiloh is a community-based residential and day treatment program located near Pearland. Our facility serves severely mentally ill children and adolescents as well as those with intellectual disabilities and Autism spectrum disorder.
The hallmark of treatment is normalization, a family-style service approach and residential homes in a rural neighborhood. By providing the most natural environment possible, the homestyle setting can help normalize social, emotional, and interpersonal experiences as well as provide better opportunities for transitioning home. Placement in a community-based treatment center can be more effective than a traditional hospital setting at longer stabilization with mental health treatment, reducing problem behaviors, and enhancing growth in children and adolescents.
