The team at Coastline is hiring a Field Service Technician at their North Las Vegas, NV branch and look to find an enthusiastic candidate to round out the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on Wirtgen and John Deere construction equipment.

Training and Development: Participate in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.

Customer Support: Support customer clinics and address maintenance, repair, or service concerns directly with customers.

Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell dealer service programs to customers.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Parts Department to maintain seasonal parts inventory.

Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on Wirtgen, John Deere, and competitive products.

Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the condition of the mobile service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools, and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent.

Experience: 5+ years if experience performing service repairs.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Service Advisor and basic computer functions.

Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of Wirtgen or construction equipment.

Mechanical Background: Ability to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Advanced or Master Service Technician certification.

License: Forklift License.

Physical Requirements

Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Conditions: Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
