THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Regional Growth Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how properties are bought and sold in your region. You'll build relationships with real estate agents and help them leverage our platform to enhance their existing business.

Each "region" represents a distinct real estate market (such as London, San Francisco, Berlin, Singapore, etc.). We're looking for entrepreneurial leaders who understand their local market dynamics and can drive adoption among real estate professionals in that specific area. As part of our global expansion strategy, successful Regional Growth Managers will have opportunities to scale their influence to additional markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and grow Real3's presence in your assigned region

Build relationships with local real estate agents and brokerages

Onboard agents to list their properties on our zero-fee platform

Demonstrate how Real3 can complement and enhance agents' existing business

Provide training and support to help agents maximize platform benefits

Generate leads for property listings and sales

Organize promotional events and networking opportunities

Provide feedback to improve platform functionality

DUAL REWARDS STRUCTURE

Real3 offers an innovative dual compensation model:

1. Direct Commission

Earn a percentage of each transaction value when you provide leads that result in successful sales

Commissions paid in the same currency as the property purchase

Immediate financial rewards based on your performance

2. Token-Based Incentives

Earn points for platform growth activities:

100 points for each property listed through your agent relationships

250 points when a property sale is confirmed

50 points for each new agent you bring to the platform
