We are seeking a highly motivated Crew Leader with a background in facility services to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will lead a small, dynamic team in providing exceptional drone-powered exterior cleaning services for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

The Crew Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and high-quality cleaning services are delivered. This position may involve working directly with the drone pilot or a third team member, depending on the project. The ideal candidate is experienced in facility services and enjoys hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small team during cleaning operations, ensuring efficient task completion.

Enforce safety standards and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards of service.

Manage and maintain equipment and materials, ensuring proper functioning.

Adapt to various job sites and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Background in facility services, such as soft washing, pressure washing, landscaping, pest control, or a similar field.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a small team.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse environments.

Physical stamina to work on job sites in varying weather conditions.

Willingness to learn about drone operations and technology.
