Experienced CNC Programmer/CNC Set-up/Machine Operator

Job Description

*Hiring for our New shop located in Hayden, ID*

Hiring Day shift

3-10 year of Machining & Programming Experience Preferred

· 3-Axis CNC Milling

· 4- Axis CNC Milling

· Lathe with live tooling a plus

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models

·Expertise in GibbsCAM, EspiritCAM programming software

· Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations with ability to use shop math proficiently

· Able to work on your own or in a supportive team environment

· Able to troubleshoot and problem solve with a keen eye to detail to produce quality parts

· Process effective written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to produce and work with tight tolerances parts

· Ability to determine material types and resolve any programming or machining issues

· Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 lbs. frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs

Duties:

· CNC Setup (3 axis mills, pallet changer) to produce high-quality parts

· Optimize CNC operations and maintenance

· Verification of Materials & Components by Inspection Against Prints

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

· Follow written and verbal details to complete assignments and collaborate w/engineers to ensure seamless production

· Keep a clean, organize and safe work environment

· Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they ariseCompany Description
