IT Manager – SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution Hybrid Los Angeles Area

We're partnering with an industry-leading client to find an IT Manager to lead the Sales and Distribution (SD) workstream of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Carson, Los Angeles. You'll be at the center of a high-impact digital transformation, overseeing the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP systems critical to business operations.

What you'll do:

Lead and enhance SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs

Manage system changes, documentation, testing, and migration activities

Oversee SAP-standard API and EDI integrations with customer relationship applications

Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications

Conduct unit and integration testing, train users, and drive system adoption

Support day-to-day operations and provide user support alongside IT teams

Train IT and business users on SAP SD processes and reporting tools

What we're looking for:

4-year degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of progressive SAP experience, including 1+ years on SAP S/4HANA

Strong SAP configuration skills within SD

Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations

Ability to develop and drive SAP best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills
