Senior Programmer-VBL, SQL, Power Apps

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer with at least 5 years of experience in live database infrastructure and management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of developing and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibility:

· Spearhead Solutions Development: The successful candidate will play a central role in all aspects of developing data strategies to optimize the current operating model with respect to client data and overall onboarding.

· Lead Project Development: Design, develop, and deploy and analyze data-focused strategic and operational projects and identify key problem areas or areas for optimization as it relates to client data.

· End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of success criteria, data, algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools.

· Due Diligence Assistance: Assist clients in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, supervising calls and meetings between the parties, as well as reviewing and analyzing platform/advisor information.

Qualifications:

· At least 4-6 full years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics or related role.

o Wealth management experience preferred.

o Big data experience in financial services also preferred.

· Bachelor's degree required; Majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings to a non-technical audience

· Data science or coding experience highly preferred

· Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking and distinguished communication skills

· Strict attention to detail with demonstrated ability to take initiative

· Positive attitude and ability to work well in team environments
