We're looking for a firmware engineer with 5+ years of experience who writes efficient, low-level code, and wants to grow with a team building something that matters. Outstanding recent graduates with strong hands-on experience and technical depth may also be considered.
What You'll Do
- Develop firmware for audio, data, sensors, and AI-enhanced functionality
- Optimize for performance, power, and mission reliability
- Handle integration, OTA updates, voice interaction, and system logic
- Lead lab validation, field testing, and debug workflows
- Work closely with hardware, product, and Special Forces end users
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ (ARM Cortex or similar MCU)
- Experience building hearables or wearable devices
- Strong knowledge of Bluetooth, I2C, SPI, I2S, UART, USB
- Experience with bare-metal systems
- Experience with scripting in Python
- Skilled in debugging with SWD, scopes, and logic analyzers
- Maker/hacker mindset - you build fast, test hard, and iterate smart
