and for any fitness level to help them achieve and maintain their health and wellness goals. All of our studios are

equipped with Pilates Reformers, EXO-Chairs, and Springboards, as well as boxes, mats, balls, weights, barres,

TRX and more. Group reformer classes are taught by certified instructors and include various formats (reformer

flow, cardio sculpt, control, suspend, restore, etc.) and levels (beginner, intermediate, etc.). Club Pilates' 10K+

instructors provide classes to 400K+ members resulting in 2.5+ million monthly visits. For more information,

POSITION:

The Studio Lead oversees all day-to-day studio operations from Lead Managements, Sales, Customer Service,

Member Retention, Studio Presentation and more. They are a brand ambassador in the Pilates community inside

and outside the studio. Individual and team success is important as well as balancing what and how we do

things.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Studio Leadership; Ensure everyone follows company's processes, procedures and policies. Work with RSM on monthly close out plans to reach studio goals. Present studio performance updates to Leadership team.

Leads; Process leads timely and update prospect information in our Point of Sales system. Leverage

product knowledge and sale scripts to establish relationships, enhance interests, book and confirm intro

classes appointments and enroll prospects in memberships. Work intro classes.

Sales; Drive sales in memberships, private training and retail. Consistently execute our selling process,

LASERR, to optimize new and recurring sales. Complete daily sales tasks fully and timely within

ClubReady. Further develop selling skills and incorporate coaching from leadership team to meet sales

goals.

Customer Service; Create a first-class experience for our members and prospects bringing positive energy,

maintaining relationships, answering questions and problem-solving arising issues. Manage the front desk

to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio. Learn about each person's PATH.

Studio Presentation; Work with the team to ensure studio organization, cleanliness and sanitation standards

are met and maintained for our members and prospects and routine cleaning responsibilities completed.

Club Pilates Ambassador; When working in the studio or within the community, each member represents the

Club Pilates brand and we expect the team to reflect our standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ year of sales or fitness experience. College degree preferred.

Able to drive and manage revenue streams (memberships, private and retail) and member retention to goals

Skilled at fostering relationships with team members, customers and prospects and conflict resolution

Customer-first mentality, personable, enthusiastic, proactive assistance, balanced issue resolution, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of organization including prioritization, multitasking and attention to detail

Proficient computer skills including point of sales system, email and text messaging

Team player, trustworthy, punctual willingness to help others and demonstrates professionalism

Ability to stand or sit throughout workday and access to reliable transportation

Sunday: 6:30am-2:30pm

Monday: 1pm-8:45pm

Tuesday: 7am-2pm

Wednesday: 7am-3:30pm
