What You'll Own:

Close marketing-driven leads (no prospecting required!) Be a lead conversion master by engaging warm marketing leads and turn prospects into raving fans using our signature Invest and Protect Strategy.

Attend high-impact client events and expand your network.

Partner with our Service Team — YOU sell, THEY service. Focus on What You Do Best. No cold-calling. No account maintenance. Just close new business, while our top-tier Service Advisors handle client servicing.

What You Bring:

5+ years of high-performance sales experience (financial services a plus)

Bachelor's degree? Great! Not required if you bring the drive.

Series 65/66 (or ready to earn it — fast!)

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability—you're a chameleon with clients
