Summary
We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Enkompas. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and ensuring that our strategic offerings align with their business needs. Your expertise will help drive client engagement and satisfaction.
Standard Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Role: Full Time/Exempt
Starting Annual Salary: $50,000
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure clients have a positive customer experience through proactive and professional customer service efforts.
Execute a number of administrative duties such as making and fielding phone calls, emailing documents, data entry and other clerical functions as needed.
Interact with internal technical teams to follow up on issues, resolutions, and various types of communications.
Represent enkompas at client events if necessary.
Attend virtual client meetings.
Education/Experience Requirements:
The educational requirements for Client Relationship Specialist generally include an associate's degree in business administration or other relevant field of study.
Candidates exceeding the following amount of years of experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements.
1-3 Years working in an MSP or in the IT industry (as a sales associate/customer service).
Other Qualifications:
Must have a valid PA Driver's License and personal vehicle.
Must carry personal auto insurance as required by law.
Must be available to travel to client sites that are scheduled in advance.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel), SharePoint, CRM tools.
Must be comfortable addressing customer service issues and communicating with C-level individuals on a regular basis.
Must be comfortable with presenting new solutions and communicating the value of those solutions to C-level individuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs.
Positive attitude, with a passion for helping others and building lasting customer relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp business issues and understand business needs and strategy.
Self-motivated and self-reliant. Must work well independently and take initiative to drive for results with assigned projects; able to function without day-to-day direct supervision.
