As our Licensed Assisted Living Director, you’ll be the guiding light of our community — ensuring residents feel at home while leading your team with heart, vision, and excellence.

️ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

Foster a warm, safe, and person-centered environment for residents

Recruit, train, and lead an engaged care team

Manage budgets, staffing, and quality assurance programs

Partner with families and team members to enhance resident experiences

Requirements:

Valid Assisted Living Administrator License (per state requirements)

Minimum 2 years in a senior living leadership role
