Role: Hub Operations Manager

We are looking for a Hub Operations Manager to join our world class team. The Hub Operations Manager position will lead the successful partnership of connecting commercial and analysis functions from local markets and the hub across the JAPAC region. The successful candidate will be empowered to manage a team and work closely with other markets and departments.
As a Hub Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor hub team members, ensuring they are on track with performance goals and standards
Lead by example on local market collaboration, proactiveness, quality assurance and issue resolution as a single unified team across the region
A high attention for detail and timeline oriented to ensure we meet the goals of local teams and clients accurately and on time
Work closely with local market and functional leadership to ensure alignment on goals with ongoing open communication
Forward planning based on anticipated needs to ensure capacity planning to ensure the hub can effectively manage current and future needs
Operational Accountability
Oversee the daily operations of the hub, including resource allocation, workload prioritisation, quality assurance and client focus
Monitor and be accountable for individual and collective operational performance of the hub, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvement to enhance hub quality, productivity and efficiency
Compliance and Monitoring
Create, review and validate relevant hub reporting as necessary to ensure visibility and openness of hub performance vs. objectives Testing new products and features from our external partners and internal Product team
Ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies, procedures and regulations, including data management and access, with support from technical advisory
What you’ll bring
At least 7 years of managing delivery teams in programmatic or digital
Previous management experience, managing at least 10 people
Previous roles with multi-market, regional or global team engagement
Good knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem
Desire to develop your team, providing learning and growth opportunities
High level of organisation and conscientiousness with ability to lead a team
Excellent communication skills and cultural nuance across JAPAC markets
Proactive with an immediate and direct bias for action
Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture
A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
