Consultant Family Medicine

We are currently seeking a Consultant Family Medicine to join our team in providing expert medical care to individuals and families.

Reporting to the Medical Director, the Consultant Family Medicine will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As a Consultant Family Medicine, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our community.

Responsibilities :

Conduct consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to assess patients' health and determine proper treatment plans

Develop and maintain good relationships with patients through effective communication and empathy

Provide preventive care and health education to patients to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

Monitor and track patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed

Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in family medicine to provide evidence-based care

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Comply with all legal and ethical standards of medical practice

Requirements :

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in family medicine (ABFM or ABOFP) preferred

Valid medical license to practice in the state

At least 3 years of experience as a practicing family medicine physician

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Commitment to providing patient-centered care and continuous learning and development
