Allstar Home Services is a fast-growing leader in residential and commercial home improvement services. We are expanding in Iowa and looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager to lead a local retail sales team and build a high-performing traveling storm sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales leader ready to drive growth and coach teams in a high-reward environment.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee and develop both a local retail team and a traveling canvassing team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching reps, setting sales goals, and improving processes to meet company growth targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Build, lead, and coach two teams: a local retail team and a traveling door-to-door sales team

Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and KPIs

Conduct regular team meetings and adjust strategies based on data

Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to align efforts

Sales Strategy & Execution

Create and implement local and regional sales strategies

Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Develop sales scripts, pitch decks, and training materials

Participate in field training and ride-alongs with reps

Team Management

Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback

Foster a positive, goal-driven team environment

Conduct performance reviews and quarterly business check-ins

Ensure accurate CRM usage and data entry

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly reports and sales forecasts

Track team and individual performance to ensure goals are met

Monitor storm activity and market trends to adjust canvassing strategy

Qualifications

5+ years of sales management experience (retail and/or door-to-door preferred)

Proven ability to build, train, and lead sales teams

Strong communication and leadership skills

CRM and sales software proficiency

Experience managing traveling or remote teams is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

On-site near Story City, IA

Travel required for canvassing team management

Schedule:

Full-time

Monday to Friday with flexibility for field coaching
