An industry-leading and rapidly growing manufacturing organization is seeking a HR Manager for their production facility. Reporting to the VP of HR, this individual will take charge of the HR function at one of their flagship manufacturing plants. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with the potential for significant professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft, implement, and sustain HR policies, processes, and procedures tailored for the site.
Lead and manage human resources personnel and functions including training, benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition.
Ensure HR policies comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate with plant and corporate leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
Design and execute programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and development.
Oversee employee discipline and termination processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
Provide coaching and education to management and leadership on vital HR topics, including code of conduct and performance management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
3+ years of HR leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing settings.
Solid generalist background with expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, change management, and talent acquisition.
High proficiency in HRIS systems.
