Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and team-oriented assemblers to build high-speed automatic industrial spiral doors from the ground up. Each door is slightly customized for each customer, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble spiral doors according to blueprints and customer specifications.
Read and interpret prints and use various hand and power tools such as drill punch, grinder, heat gun, and impact drill.
Lift up to 50 lbs as required and stand for the entire shift.
Utilize basic math skills, including fractions, and read from a ruler to map out the length of parts.
Work in teams using overhead cranes and lifting platforms to facilitate assembly.
Cross-train in every area of assembly to become familiar with the company, products, and culture.Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and team-oriented. While it is not climate-controlled, it does not get too hot due to the limited number of fabrication machines. The facility operates with overhead cranes and lifting platforms, providing a safe and efficient workspace. The dress code is casual, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Shift hours are flexible, with options to start at 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM and work until 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM respectively. Mandatory 9-hour shifts are currently in place from Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.
