QA Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA clerk to join our team on a temp to hire basis in Franklin Park, IL. This role will require you to provide back to the Quality department and in the Lab. This role is onsite M-F on 2nd Shift (10am-3pm).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Daily collect, review for errors, file and maintain all QA and production (QA related) paperwork;

2. Daily review Infinity par-fry data records and share with production management hourly;

3. Daily collection short weight paperwork, organize and send to the corporate office / suppliers;

4. Preparing and sending to the lab all lab samples;

5. Filing all incoming lab results, organize the papers in timely fashion, and enter the data in an assigned spreadsheet for further recorded keeping and analysis;

6. Filing all incoming COAs;

7. Preparing and sending to suppliers x-ray bone reports;

8. Performing and documenting sensory tests 3 times a week;

9. Maintain inventory of all scales and balances.

10. Performing daily checking of scales an thermometers

Requirements:

- Previous QA Experience

- Ability to speak Spanish a plus

- Comfortable working in a lab and on a production floor
