IT Business Analyst – Shared Technical Services
Location: Northbrook, IL (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

We are hiring a Direct Hire IT Business Analyst for Shared Technical Services in Northbrook, IL!
This role will partner closely with business leaders to address ERP and PLM challenges, gather and analyze business requirements, lead solution development with IT, conduct testing, provide training, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Gather data and analyze business and user needs
Identify and resolve complex business problems with strategic solutions
Conduct post-project evaluations and create solution documentation
Train cross-functional teams on new systems/processes
Manage issue resolution impacting customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
Act as an escalation point for system users
Lead meetings to prioritize issues and provide updates
Coordinate ERP/PLM training and documentation
Manage testing, implementation, and system maintenance
Collaborate with IT on workflows and security role changes
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Work closely with vendors for system support and upgrades
