Schedule: 4x10 Day Shift (10-hour shifts, 40-45 hours/week)Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This role requires expertise in Mazatrol and G-code programming, with hands-on experience in both lathe and milling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components that meet strict engineering specifications.Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications; perform reverse engineering when required
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, offsets, and materials for each job
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify part accuracy
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed for quality and efficiency
Design and modify work holding solutions and fixturing for optimal production
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure all parts meet quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machine-related issues
Conduct routine maintenance to maximize machine lifespan and reliability
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist in a machine shop setting
Proficient in Mazatrol and G-code programming, with ability to program directly at the machine
Hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes
Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Must be fluent in English
