New Business Development Manager – Industrial & Commercial Construction
Our growing client in the industrial and heavy commercial construction arena is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and guide a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solution-based sales, client engagement, and an understanding of large-scale construction environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sales planning and execution to drive growth
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Manage and mentor sales reps to meet and exceed goals
Analyze sales metrics and adjust tactics based on market conditions
Align with marketing to generate qualified leads and brand awareness
Oversee contract negotiations across industrial and commercial projects
Qualifications:
5+ years in construction sales (industrial/commercial focus strongly preferred)
Proven success in managing teams and securing high-value contracts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies
Familiarity with construction services, equipment, or materials
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent helpful
