Monitoring & Control: Monitor facility systems using Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and SCADA systems. Respond to alarms, investigate anomalies, and take corrective action to ensure stability and efficiency of both power and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure).

Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular physical inspections and operational checks of data center critical infrastructure (power, cooling, life safety). Meticulously complete logs, checklists, and maintenance records. Document all work performed, incidents, and changes according to established procedures.

Infrastructure Support: Perform physical installation, relocation, and decommissioning of server racks, IT equipment, and associated power/cooling components, ensuring adherence to best practices for power distribution and airflow management.

Cabling & Connectivity:

Install, terminate, and test power cabling (AC whips, DC circuits) and assist with network/structured cabling as needed, ensuring adherence to standards and proper cable management techniques.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Method of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
