Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team at Rep-Lite. In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, with a primary focus on sourcing and placing top-tier field-based talent in medical sales and clinical support roles.

You will work closely with Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, support strategic hiring goals, and contribute to our continued growth in the healthcare and medical device space.

This role is perfect for someone who has 2–3 years of recruiting or sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer

Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals

Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment

Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles

Manage interview scheduling and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS

Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from hire to start

Share regular updates and insights on pipeline progress, metrics, and hiring outcomes

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, B2B sales, or medical sales

Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with efficiency

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and job board platforms

High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

A passion for healthcare, medical devices, or talent acquisition is a strong plus

Must reside in the United States
