Plastic Injection Mold Operator -- Multiple Shifts Open -- Weekly Pay
As a Plastic Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for installing, setting up, and maintaining injection molds, ensuring the production of quality plastic components.
Responsibilities
Install molds using hoist or forklift and manually manipulate and secure molds in press.
Set up and shut down molds according to setup sheet and diagram, including attaching and removing water lines and safety equipment.
Start machine, engage feed, and observe operation to ensure quality production.
Adjust machine controls and guides to meet product specifications.
Replace worn machine accessories such as controls or switches.
Clean press, molds, and parts.Essential Skills
Minimum 6 months of tenure in the most recent position.
Ability to lift 50lbs independently.
6+ months of machine operating experience.
6+ months of machine setup and troubleshooting experience.
Mechanical aptitude, such as working on a farm, cars, or in an auto body shop.
Experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
Running diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality.
Repairing broken or faulty machine parts.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50/hr.
