Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
This role involves assisting on the Flexo machines, which are responsible for folding, stacking, and packaging the finished product. You will be working in a feeding role, placing raw stock into the machines. While tasks can vary daily, they can also be repetitive. The job requires consistent lifting of 10-30 lbs.
Responsibilities
Assist in the operation of Flexo machines.
Feed raw stock into machines.
Inspect products for quality control.
Package finished products.
Set up and load machines.
Perform general labor tasks as needed.Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
Longevity at previous jobs.
Inspection and quality control experience.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently.
Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours/day.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment
The job is located in a noisy facility with Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. The work hours are from 6 am to 2 pm, with consistent 9-hour shifts. There is also a 2nd shift from 2pm to 10pm, with a $1.25 shift premium. The facility is smaller, with about 50 employees on the shop floor, and is privately owned, taking pride in a well-maintained environmentPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
