Job Description

Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. You will either be receiving inbound materials or loading outbound shipments, utilizing equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. This position requires some physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of forklifts, including clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders.

Receive and organize inbound materials efficiently.

Load and prepare outbound shipments accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform general labor tasks as needed within the warehouse.Essential Skills

At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.

Proficiency in using clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders.

Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with RF scanners and inventory management.

Familiarity with packing, pallet jack, stand-up forklifts, and EPJ.

Previous general labor experience in a warehouse setting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a modern warehouse equipped with advanced ventilation systems, ensuring a comfortable environment even without traditional air conditioning. The first shift operates from 5am to 1:30pm, with potential overtime until 2:30pm and Saturday half-days. The second shift runs from 3pm to 11:30pm, with potential overtime until 12:30am and Saturday half-days.

This is a Contract position based out of Rincon, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
