Job Title: Expert CNC Machinist/Programmer

Department: Machining

Location: Chaska

Pay: $35-$43 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. As one of two machinists in the department, you will play a crucial role in programming, setting up, and operating our advanced Mills and Lathes, including the Hwacheon Twin Spindle Y Axis Horizontal Turning Machine. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming and Operation: Program, set up, and operate Mills and Lathes, with a focus on the Hwacheon Twin Spindle Y Axis Horizontal Turning Machine.

Tooling and Fixtures: Design and create tooling and fixtures, and manage tooling orders.

Software Proficiency: Utilize Mastercam and Gcode for programming, with openness to other software such as Gibbscam.

Machine Operation: Operate additional machines, including manual machines, and perform quality checks.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
