Details:

12 hour shifts - Night Shift**Training will be on Day Shift to begin**

Pay is based on experience - $26/hr - $38+/hr

Must have previous Maintenance Technician experience OR a related Associates degree

DIRECT PLACEMENT - NO CONTRACT PERIOD

Clean & temperature controlled facility

Description:

Oversee new equipment installation, set up, modification and repair

Work with outside contractors to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions

Perform troubleshooting and investigate equipment failures

Inspect and check equipment for proper operating condition and make necessary adjustments

Perform preventative maintenance, calibration of equipment and systems including repair, rework to meet and maintain specs and tolerances

Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.

Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.

Ability to align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates with the potential to operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.

Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
